Exchange Policy

Not In Love With Your Purchase? 

We’ll gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order.

Simply mail it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order and the cost of your item(s) will be applied onto a Beatnik Fine Goods e-gift card.

Once your exchange is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your gift card. You may redeem the gift card code online or in store. It never expires. 

Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you mail them back.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the new item, then sending the original item back. Once we receive the original item(s), we will refund you the cost of the exchanged item(s) from the original order. Please make sure you reach out to our team via text, a phone call, email or leave a note in the package when doing so. This will ensure the refund will be processed correctly.

If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, or have a question about exchanging, shoot us an email at beatnikfinegoods@gmail.com and we’ll gladly help.

PLEASE NOTE:

Reduced/sale items, swimwear, and intimates are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Vintage goods are final sale.

Exchanges after 15 days cannot be accepted. Exceptions will be made during longer holiday return policy.

The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. If we receive any item in an unsellable condition, you will be notified and the items will be returned to you.

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Route Package protection is automatically added to all online orders placed on beatnikfinegoods.com. Package insurance is a minimum of $0.98 per order or 2% of the order total on orders over $100. If you do not wish to receive package protection, you are able to opt-out of this service at your own risk. Please note, if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment and Route Package Protection was removed from your purchase during checkout, Beatnik Fine Goods is not responsible for package replacements or refunds. 

If a package is lost or damaged in transit and is insured by Route, please file a claim within 10 days of the last shipping update. It is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via the Route claim website. After 10 days, the request will be denied.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit and Route insurance was not selected/removed by the customer, therefore not purchased, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via UPS or with the shipping courier service that was used. 

Beatnik Fine Goods is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages that are not insured by Route.

Permanently reduced/sale items, swimwear, and intimates are final sale and cannot be exchanged. All full-priced items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds.
